NYSC Releases 2026 Batch B Stream II Call-Up Letters for Niger, Sokoto

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released the deployment details for prospective corps members posted to Niger and Sokoto states under the 2026 Batch B Stream II.

The NYSC announced on Sunday that prospective corps members (PCMs) deployed to the two states can now print their call-up letters through the NYSC portal.

The development follows an earlier extension of the commencement date of the orientation course in Niger and Sokoto due to ongoing renovation work at the respective orientation camps.

According to the NYSC, the orientation course for Batch B Stream II in the two states will begin on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

The swearing-in and cut-off ceremony is scheduled for Friday, August 14, while the orientation programme is expected to end with a closing ceremony on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

The Corps said the adjustment was necessary because of renovation works being carried out at the orientation camps by the Niger and Sokoto State Governments.

The NYSC advised prospective corps members posted to the two states to plan their journeys carefully and avoid travelling at night for safety reasons.

Those deployed to Niger and Sokoto are therefore encouraged to print their call-up letters and make the necessary preparations ahead of the commencement of the orientation exercise.
