King Ochacho Says ₦400m Mansion Gift to Peller Is 'Just Small Money'

Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted to TikTok star Peller and his wife, Jarvis, as a modest gesture, saying the amount is insignificant to him and his family.

Speaking during a TikTok livestream shortly after the couple's wedding in Lagos, Ochacho said the gift was only the beginning, promising that he plans to give Peller even greater gifts in the future.

According to him, Peller's kind-hearted nature inspired the gesture, adding that generosity always brings greater blessings.

Ochacho also announced that, in celebration of his son Ice King's birthday, his family will sponsor the education of selected students across Nigeria by paying their school fees directly to their schools after verification.

The ₦400 million mansion, located in Abuja, was officially presented to Peller during the wedding ceremony, drawing loud applause from guests and generating widespread reactions on social media.

The star-studded wedding was attended by several celebrities, content creators, and entertainers, including Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Zinoleesky, Cute Abiola, Papaya Ex, Purple Speedy, Soso Soberekon, Nons Miraj, and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

Ochacho had earlier promised to support Peller's wedding with a major gift, a promise he has now fulfilled.
