Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G Launches With 144Hz Display and 6,000mAh Battery

Infinix has launched the Hot 70 Pro 5G, a new mid-range smartphone featuring a 144Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset, 5G connectivity and a large 6,000mAh battery.

The smartphone was announced on July 16, 2026, and is now available. It measures 166.9 x 79.5 x 7.9mm and weighs 204g. It also carries IP68 water and dust resistance and complies with the MIL-STD-810H standard.

The Hot 70 Pro 5G features a 6.76-inch IPS LCD display with a 1080 x 2344-pixel resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 950 nits of brightness.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Storage can also be expanded using a dedicated microSDXC card slot.

For photography, the device comes with a 50MP main camera with PDAF, supported by an auxiliary sensor. The camera can record video at up to 1440p resolution at 30fps. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera capable of 1440p video recording.

The phone runs Android 16 with Infinix's XOS 16, and the company promises up to three major Android OS updates.

The Hot 70 Pro 5G packs a 6,000mAh battery and supports 45W wired charging, along with 10W reverse wired charging and bypass charging. A 5,600mAh variant is also listed with the same 45W charging support.

Other features include stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, an infrared port, FM radio, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The smartphone is available in several colors, including Thermo Orange, Mirage Green, Silk Glow Purple, Depth Ring White, Night Pulse and Dive Blue.

With its high-refresh-rate display, 5G connectivity, large battery and durable IP68-rated design, the Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G is positioned as a feature-packed option in the mid-range smartphone market.
