Infinix GT 50 Pro Powers 2026 Kapolri Cup MLBB National Esports Tournament

Infinix has supported the 2026 Kapolri Cup as the official tournament device for the national Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) esports competition.

A total of 6,166 teams from 37 provinces participated in the tournament, with the final rounds taking place on August 8–9 at Indonesia Arena in Jakarta.

The competition was conducted in stages, beginning at the police and regional (Polda) levels before advancing to the national stage. The format was designed to give esports players from across Indonesia an opportunity to develop their skills and compete at a higher level.

Infinix SEA Marketing Director Sergio Ticoalu said the company wanted players from all backgrounds to have access to technology that could help them pursue professional esports careers.

The Infinix GT 50 Pro features a 144Hz refresh rate, providing smoother and more responsive visuals that are important in fast-paced competitive games such as MLBB.

The smartphone also comes with MagCharge Cooler temperature-control technology, which Infinix says can reduce the device's temperature by up to 4.4°C during use. Its Wireless Bypass Charging feature allows power to be supplied directly to the device's system while reducing reliance on the main battery, helping manage heat during extended gaming sessions.

The 2026 Kapolri Cup esports tournament concluded with Metro Jaya Police winning the championship. North Sumatra Police finished as runners-up, while East Java Police took third place.
