AI, Workforce Changes Take Centre Stage at 2026 Beyond HR Conference.

Business executives, human resource professionals, and policymakers will gather in Lagos this October for the 2026 Beyond HR Conference to examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping workplaces, leadership, and business performance across Africa.

The two-day conference, organised by HR Talent Hub in partnership with DAC Consulting, will be held under the theme, "Beyond HR: Leadership, Growth and Business Success."

Organisers said the summit comes at a time when businesses are adapting to rapid advances in generative AI, automation, and hybrid work models. Companies are increasingly being challenged to rethink talent acquisition, invest in employee upskilling, and align workforce strategies with long-term business goals.

Founder and Lead Consultant of HR Talent Hub, Dr. Omotola Dayo-Adedapo, said organisations must integrate human capital strategies into their overall business objectives to remain competitive.

"The workplace is evolving faster than ever. Technology is transforming how people work, employees have changing expectations, and leaders must make smarter decisions in a more complex business environment. The conference is designed to help organisations stay ahead of these changes," she said.

Launched in 2024, the Beyond HR Conference has grown into a leading platform for discussions on leadership, organisational development, and business growth. This year's edition will feature keynote speeches, executive panel discussions, fireside chats, and networking sessions focused on workforce transformation, productivity, and sustainable growth.

The conference will also host the annual HR Excellence Awards, recognising outstanding leadership and innovation across different industries.

According to the organisers, participation is open to business leaders, entrepreneurs, HR practitioners, and emerging professionals, with both physical and virtual attendance options available.
