Infinix has introduced the HOT 70 Pro 5G, a new mid-range smartphone that combines artificial intelligence, stylish design, strong performance, and long-term software support.
The device is aimed at students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and social media users looking for a smartphone that offers both productivity and entertainment.
One of the phone's standout features is its Active Matrix Cube, a programmable LED display integrated into the rear camera module. It allows users to customize pixel animations, receive charging and notification alerts, share designs through NFC, and even play built-in mini-games.
The HOT 70 Pro 5G also offers several AI-powered tools designed to improve daily productivity. These include FlashMemo, which automatically summarizes screenshots and organizes notes, and MindHub, an AI-powered library that stores and categorizes important information for easy access.
Additional AI features include an AI Class Timetable that converts printed schedules into digital calendars, AI Search for finding files and notes quickly, AI Suggestions based on user habits, document scanning, song recognition, and student learning assistance.
Powering the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G processor, paired with up to 256GB of internal storage and expandable RAM of up to 16GB. Infinix says the device is optimized to deliver smooth performance for up to 72 months under normal usage.
The phone features a 6.76-inch Full HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate, delivering smoother scrolling, gaming, and video playback. It also offers up to 960 nits peak brightness for improved outdoor visibility.
For photography, the HOT 70 Pro 5G is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera, an 8MP secondary camera, and an 8MP front-facing camera. AI-powered image processing, 2x lossless zoom, AI Eraser, AI Extender, and Live Photo Mode are included to enhance the photography experience.
The device packs a 6000mAh battery with 45W fast charging, capable of reaching 50 percent charge in about 25 minutes. It also supports reverse charging, bypass charging during gaming, and battery health protection technology.
Durability is another highlight, with the smartphone carrying an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, making it suitable for everyday outdoor use.
Running on Android 16 with XOS, the HOT 70 Pro 5G is expected to receive three major Android upgrades and five years of software support. Additional features include NFC, an infrared remote control, AI call noise reduction, enhanced security options, and private file protection.
