Three Palestinians Killed in Israeli Drone Strike Despite Gaza Ceasefire

At least three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli drone strike near a private hospital and fuel station in Gaza City on Wednesday, according to Palestinian media.

The Israeli military said it also carried out separate strikes in northern Gaza, claiming it killed four Hamas fighters, though it did not provide evidence to support the claim.

The latest incident comes despite a ceasefire agreement reached between Israel and Hamas in October 2025. While large-scale fighting has decreased, deadly attacks have continued.

Gaza health authorities say more than 1,000 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire began, while negotiations over a lasting truce and Israeli military withdrawal remain stalled.
