Saudi Arabia Unveils 2026–2027 Umrah Season Timetable

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the official schedule for the 2026–2027 Umrah season, detailing key dates for visa issuance, pilgrim arrivals, and departure deadlines.

According to the ministry, Umrah visas will start being issued on May 31, 2026, while pilgrims are expected to begin arriving in the Kingdom from the same date. Worshippers will also be able to secure Umrah permits and access services through the Nusuk application beginning June 1, 2026.

The ministry said the final date for issuing Umrah visas will be March 9, 2027. Pilgrims will be allowed to enter Saudi Arabia until March 23, 2027, while April 7, 2027, has been fixed as the last departure date for Umrah visitors.

Officials urged Umrah service providers and overseas travel agents to comply fully with the approved timetable and operational guidelines to ensure smooth services for pilgrims throughout the season.

The announcement is part of Saudi Arabia’s continued efforts to improve pilgrim experience, streamline procedures, and enhance efficiency in managing Umrah operations.
