Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says a peace deal between the United States and Iran is expected to be formally signed within the next 24 hours.
According to Sharif, both sides have agreed to a framework for a deal aimed at ending months of conflict in the Middle East, with the final text already completed.
He said preparations are underway for an electronic signing of the agreement, which would be followed by technical-level talks in the coming week.
The announcement comes as diplomatic efforts intensify to reduce tensions in the region after prolonged instability.
Sharif did not provide full details of the agreement but suggested that both parties had reached a significant level of consensus on key issues.
The development has not yet been independently confirmed by US or Iranian officials.
