Nigeria: CDCFIB Releases List of Successful Applicants for Immigration, Fire Service and NSCDC Recruitment

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has released the list of successful candidates for its 2024/2025 paramilitary recruitment exercise.

According to a statement issued in Abuja by the Board Secretary, retired Major-General Abdulmalik Jibril, the announcement follows the completion of the online Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted in November 2025.

The recruitment covers agencies under the board, including the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), the Federal Fire Service (FFS), and the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS).

Successful applicants are now expected to proceed to the next stage of the exercise, which includes physical screening and document verification.

Candidates are advised to log in to the official recruitment portal between June 15 and June 20 to check their status, upload necessary credentials, and select preferred dates and venues for screening.

The board emphasized that the recruitment process is free of charge and warned applicants not to pay money to any individuals or agents claiming to offer assistance.

It also urged the public to disregard fake recruitment messages and rely only on official communication channels for updates.

CDCFIB reaffirmed its commitment to conducting a transparent, merit-based recruitment process in line with established guidelines.
