The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) says Iran’s armed forces are now better prepared than before and remain fully ready to respond to any future military threats, according to a spokesperson.
Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi stated that Iran’s military capabilities have improved significantly following recent confrontations, noting that operational experience gained during direct engagements has strengthened overall readiness. He added that any renewed conflict would involve different tactics, battlefield conditions, and weapon systems.
According to Mohebbi, Iran used the recent ceasefire period to reinforce its defense systems, repair damages, and improve operational capacity. He claimed that military strength increased rather than weakened during this time.
He also said Iranian forces now have a deeper and more practical understanding of adversaries’ military assets, air defense systems, operational methods, and battlefield strategies, based on direct experience rather than intelligence assessments alone.
Rejecting claims that Iran’s military capabilities have been reduced, he insisted that both naval and broader operational capacities remain intact.
The spokesperson further emphasized Iran’s continued control over strategic maritime routes, including the Strait of Hormuz, describing it as a key indicator of Iran’s regional military influence.
Overall, the IRGC maintained that Iran’s armed forces are fully prepared for any scenario and that any future conflict would be met with adjusted and more advanced operational responses.
