Talks between Iran and the United States have concluded successfully in Switzerland, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Monday.
Sharif said the discussions were held in a “positive and constructive atmosphere” and resulted in significant progress, including an agreement on a roadmap towards a final deal within 60 days.
He added that the two sides agreed to establish a high-level committee to provide political oversight and begin further technical negotiations.
The talks are aimed at reducing tensions between Washington and Tehran and moving closer to a possible long-term agreement.
