Xiaomi has officially launched the REDMI 15C 5G smartphone in the Nigerian market, expanding its range of affordable 5G devices for consumers.
The new smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G processor and comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also supports memory expansion of up to 16GB and external storage of up to 1TB.
The REDMI 15C 5G features a 6.9-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smoother scrolling, gaming, and video playback. It is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, allowing users to recharge quickly while enjoying extended battery life.
For photography, the device includes a 50-megapixel AI dual rear camera designed to capture clear and detailed images in various lighting conditions.
The smartphone is available in Midnight Black, Mint Green, and Dusk Purple, with an IP64 rating for resistance against dust and water splashes.
Xiaomi has priced the REDMI 15C 5G (4GB + 128GB) at ₦174,500 in Nigeria. The device is available through authorized Xiaomi retail stores, including Finet, Raya, 3C Hub, Slot, and other approved dealers. As part of its launch promotion, buyers will also receive a complimentary gift while stocks last.
The company said the launch reflects its commitment to making 5G technology more accessible to Nigerian consumers by offering premium features at an affordable price.
