Arabic:

اللّهُمَّ احفَظْ لي هذا الحمل، ووفِّقه للصلاح، وبارِك لي فيه، واجعلهُ من الصالحين، واجعلهُ قُرةَ عيني، واجعلهُ ذُخْراً لي في الدنيا والآخرة

Transliteration:

Allāhumma ihfaẓ lī hādhā al-ḥaml, wa waffiqhu liṣ-ṣalāḥ, wa bārik lī fīhi, waja‘alhu min aṣ-ṣāliḥīn, waja‘alhu qurrata ‘aynī, waja‘alhu dhukhra lī fī ad-dunyā wal-ākhira

Meaning in English:

"O Allah, protect this pregnancy for me, guide it to righteousness, bless it for me, make the child among the righteous, make it the comfort of my eyes, and make it a source of goodness for me in this world and the Hereafter."

Additional advice: Reciting Ayat-ul-Kursi (2:255), Surah Al-Falaq, Surah An-Nas, and Surah Maryam daily is also recommended for protection and blessings during pregnancy.
