The Federal Government has released the 2026/2027 admission list for candidates offered admission into Junior Secondary School One (JSS1) in Federal Unity Colleges across Nigeria.
The admission list was approved by the Minister of Education, Dr Tunji Alausa, and marks the beginning of the admission process for successful candidates seeking placement in Federal Unity Colleges for the new academic session.
According to the Federal Ministry of Education, the list is intended to make the admission process transparent and accessible to candidates and their parents or guardians.
How to Check Your Admission Status
Parents and guardians can check their children's admission status through the Federal Ministry of Education's designated admission portal.
To check:
1. Visit the FME Posting Portal.
2. Log in with the required details.
3. Check the candidate's admission status.
4. If admission is offered, download and print the admission slip.
5. Visit the Federal Unity College indicated on the admission slip to confirm the admission and complete the required formalities.
Admission status can also be checked on the notice board of the relevant Federal Unity College.
