There are 14 places of Sujud Tilawah (prostrations of recitation) in the Quran.
Sujud Tilawah is a distinct form of prostration (sujood) performed when a Muslim recites or hears certain verses of the Qur’an known as Ayat al-Sujud (prostration verses). These verses highlight the عظمت (greatness) of Allah, call believers to worship and submission, or recount moments where prostration is shown as an act of humility and obedience.
These are the Surah that includes verses of Sujd Tilawah (prostration verses).
1. Al-A‘raf (7:206)
2. Ar-Ra‘d (13:15)
3. An-Nahl (16:50)
4. Al-Isra (17:109)
